  • Employer Nomination Scheme Visa (Subclass 186) – This visa is for skilled workers who have been nominated by an employer to work in Australia on a permanent basis. This visa has three streams: the Temporary Residence Transition stream, the Direct Entry stream, and the Agreement stream.
  • Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme Visa (Subclass 187) – This visa is for skilled workers who have been nominated by an employer to work in regional Australia on a permanent basis. This visa has two streams: the Temporary Residence Transition stream and the Direct Entry stream.
